Easter Egg Hunt - Take Two

So one year ago this weekend mommy took me to my very first Easter egg hunt. I am not sure if you guys remember but I HATED it. I cried and cried and wanted nothing to do with hunting those stupid eggs. This year was a bit different. I actually enjoyed it and loved hanging out with my friends.

Today I get to go another Easter egg hunt at my Nana's house but I thought I would show you some video from the hunt I did with my classmates on Good Friday. Happy Hunting To All!!!

Here Comes Santa Claus

Okay, I know I am supposed to be all excited that this jolly fat man is going to come see me on Christmas and bring me lots of cool presents but I am just not sure that him and I are going to get along. Mommy thought it would be good for me to meet the man himself, Santa, as they call him before the actual big day.

Mommy told me that boys and girls typically have a brief visit with him before he comes on Christmas. They tell him they have been good little boys and girls and what they want for Christmas.

So mommy took me out to meet 'Ole Jolly St. Nick a few weeks ago and needless to say...not a fan. I mean hello...PERSONAL SPACE. Look at him trying to touch me. Not cool dude...not cool.

Mommy seemed upset that I was not really digging the man in the red jump suit so I after a bit of negotiating (mommy gave me a candy cane) I decided to cut the rosy cheeked old man a break and act like we could get along for the sake of my mom.

I am hoping that since I did this for my mommy, a true outward gesture of love, Santa will still bring me those cool toys that mommy keeps telling me about. I guess that Mr. Claus will grow on me as the years pass and maybe we will even have a good mutual understanding. I will be good and he will bring the toys!
